Can I place an order over the phone? You are welcome to call us at 802-424-2477. For most reservations we will have you fill out our “Get A Table and Chair Quote” to get the information we need to complete your free quote.
Can I pick-up my reservation? Unfortunately we don not normally allow resevations to be picked-up unless they are very small reservation.
Can I make changes to my reservation? Yes, but depending on the situation, reductions in your reservation may not cause a reduction in the price. There is also the chance increased resevations are unavailable.
Do I have to pay the full amount up front? No, we only require 25% down to reserve and the remaining 75% us due upon delivery.

Do you offer delivery and pickup? Yes, We offer Free curbside delivery and pickup if the delivery address is within 10 miles of our location. if you are further than 10 miles, delivery price varies depending on location.
Do I get my deposit back if I need to cancel my reservation? If your event is within 4 weeks and you need to cancel we do not offer refund because we have reserved those items for you and potentially turned away other business. We will gladly allow you to use your deposit for another future rental as long as we have inventory available.
Is your inventory in good condition? Yes, We work hard to maintain our inventory and keep it clean. We continue to buy new inventory and cycle out the old. Keep in mind that rental equipment does show signs of use. Please help out and clean any spills that happen during your event. Also, keep equipment off of dirt and on clean surfaces as much as possible. Thank you.
Do you have an minimum reservation amount? Yes, we have a minimum reservation amount. Our minimum reservation ranges from $75-$150 depending on the season. Please call us if you have any questions.
How are your Chairs delivered? All of our Folding Chairs are delivered on carts for your convenience. Our carts are designed to roll on concrete or pavement only!
